Written by performance artist Sascha Perfect, Organ City is a provocative, conceptual and intimate piece that combines visual art with live performance and blends new electronic music with live traditional Uilleann piping. Stemming from the artist’s own research into Body Weather and Authentic Action and based on Deleuzes’ theory of ‘The Body without Organs’, Organ City is an investigation into the reality of the body between states of activation and deactivation. Music composed by Irish composer Jonathan Nangle.
